This page describes how the public landing page works and the intended scope of transactional email associated with accounts.

Data on this landing page
The initial version of this site has no forms, authentication, cookies, analytics, advertising, personalization, tracking pixels, or third-party integrations. Navigating these pages does not send data to LATIUM application APIs.
Email associated with an account
The app may ask for an email address when someone chooses to register with email and password. The address is used for the account process and, after confirmation, may be used to send a transactional welcome message. That flow does not turn the address into a marketing subscription.
Delivery, bounces, and complaints
Email operations must handle hard bounces, suppressions, and complaints before the welcome runtime is promoted to production. This landing page does not process those events or claim that operational promotion is complete.
Retention and requests
The final operational policy for retention, deletion, and handling requests requires approval before a production service is published. For privacy questions or requests, write to privacidad@latiumstudios.com; you can also find other channels on the Contact page.
Future changes
Adding forms, cookies, measurement, advertising, active remote content, or new email categories will require a specific review and a visible update to this information.
